Stephen is a highly experienced Digital Transformation expert with over 20 years experience. He excels in leading organisations through their digital transformation journey before becoming data driven companies. His mission is to help people navigate through transformational change, breaking down complex and sometimes baffling information into manageable stages. He works with businesses to ensure they see and understand the business value of transformation at every step whilst building on their organisation’s capabilities and tools.
Ashraf is a Chartered Engineer (MEng CEng EUR ING MRAeS) with over 15 years experience in the Aerospace, Defence and Rail Industry. He has worked with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple disciplines in the application of Data Science. Skilled in leading the way in digital transitions, Ashraf is passionate about helping other companies solve the big problems knowing the huge impact it can have on their people and their goals.
